**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Administer and maintain Windows 2008/2012/2016/2019 Servers, VMWare ESXi, and Hyper-V environments.
  • Manage Active Directory, including OU, GPO, Forest, and Domain configuration.
  • Deploy and manage Hyper-V VMs, and perform patch management and vulnerability management.
  • Troubleshoot OS and VMWare-related issues, and perform ESXi patching.
  • Assess and recommend patch deployment, and automate pre- and post-patching tasks.
  • Manage RAID technologies, clustering, and server management tools.
  • Monitor and maintain system logs.

**Requirements:**

  • 6-9 years of experience in Windows System Administration.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in a SLA-driven environment.
  • Ability to work in a flexible, team-oriented, and constantly changing environment.
  • Able to work on weekends as per roster and perform on-call support as needed.

**Preferred Qualifications:**

  • Experience with patch management tools like BigFix, SCCM.
  • Knowledge of server management tools and log monitoring.
