You will be responsible for identifying customer needs, closing sales deals, and forecasting updated sales targets. The base salary for this role is $88,000-$110,000 per year, with a bonus target.

In this role, you will work closely with our manufacturing representatives, direct sales representatives, and customers to achieve pre-established sales objectives and margin targets. You will also be responsible for managing customer communication through our CRM tool and participating in weekly meetings as well as cross-functional management meetings.

Required skills and qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field; sales experience considered in lieu of degree
  • Three to five years of outside sales experience, with industrial sales experience preferred
  • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50%
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM tool
  • Motivated, persuasive, dedicated individual with good business acumen and strategic thinking skills
