Door-to-Door Sales Director

About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven sales leader to build and lead a successful door-to-door canvassing sales team specializing in storm-related roofing solutions. This role focuses on driving sales growth through a structured canvassing system, supported by marketing-generated leads. You'll play a pivotal role in community outreach, team development, and project coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, and mentor sales representatives in door-to-door canvassing, roof inspections, and project management.
- Organize and oversee field activities, ensuring the team meets performance goals.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop tailored canvassing plans to optimize lead generation and conversion rates.
- Monitor and analyze market trends to refine outreach strategies based on storm patterns and customer demand.
Customer Engagement:
- Build and maintain strong community relationships to enhance brand recognition.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and coordinating projects efficiently.
Performance Management:
- Set team sales targets, track progress, and provide ongoing coaching to improve results.
- Conduct regular training to sharpen sales techniques and expand product knowledge.
Project & Claims Coordination:
- Manage the interaction with public adjusters and oversee insurance claim processes.
- Work closely with operations to schedule roofing projects and ensure timely completion.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door canvassing or home improvement sectors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to motivate and inspire a sales team to achieve targets.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and customer service orientation.
Benefits:
- Competitive base salary of $75,000.
- Bonus structure: 50/50 share of net profit from canvassing revenue.
