Job Description

As a HUC-Nursing Assistant, you'll be responsible for performing a variety of office, secretarial, and patient care duties under the supervision of a Manager, Patient Care or Designee. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Basic care and personal hygiene for patients
  • Mobility and nutritional support
  • Maintaining a clean and safe patient environment

You'll also be responsible for coordinating ancillary patient/unit services and requests for equipment/supplies. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Nursing Assistant Certification in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts
  • Computer skills, including knowledge of the Meditech computer system
  • Over three months of related work experience
  • Current CPR Certification
