Job Responsibilities:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to residents under the direction of a Supervisor and as prescribed by the physician and in accordance with standards of nursing practices and regulations. This role requires:

  • Providing high-quality patient care
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care delivery
Qualifications:

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

  • A current license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
  • A current CPR certification (obtained within 90 days of hire)
  • A valid state license with no findings in the registry concerning abuse, neglect, or misappropriation of resident property
