At Southland Industries, we're seeking a skilled MEP Project Manager to join our team. As a Project Manager, you'll play a key role in overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of MEP projects. Your expertise in building systems, HVAC, mechanical, and process piping will be invaluable in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to Senior Project Managers and Project Engineers on large MEP projects
  • Work with craftsmen, foremen, and owners to deliver projects on time and within budget
  • Plan and execute projects from start to finish, utilizing LEAN principles and a deep understanding of the design-build construction process
  • Manage financials and ensure projects stay on track
  • Mentor early-career professionals and help them develop their skills

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
  • 7-10+ years of experience in a related field, preferably at an MEP firm managing multiple MEP projects
  • Experience working on projects with process piping is a plus
  • Familiarity with Lean Construction tools is a plus
