Development Director

RVNAhealth is a leading healthcare organization that values innovation and excellence. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to join our team.
About the Role:
The Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive fundraising strategy to advance the mission of RVNAhealth. This will involve creating and executing a range of fundraising initiatives, including direct mail appeals, online campaigns, and special events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to meet annual goals
- Manage and maintain relationships with donors, stakeholders, and community partners
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute fundraising campaigns
- Monitor and analyze fundraising data to inform strategy and optimize results
- Assist in the planning and execution of fundraising events
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, business, or marketing
- Minimum 3-5 years of non-profit fundraising experience
- Proven track record of success in fundraising and donor engagement
- Excellent writing, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
