We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Paperboard and Containers sales efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing company and contribute to our success.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively pitch them to potential clients.
  • Determine our annual sales plan by forecasting and projecting for existing and new clients.
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and prospective companies that can be targeted.
  • Identify and segment key industries that can be targeted.
  • Identify key decision-makers in organizations and approach them.
  • Promote our products and services.
  • Build and maintain a prospect database and ensure effective follow-ups.
  • Contact prospects via emails or cold calls to generate leads.
  • Arrange meetings with prospective clients to discuss business opportunities.
  • Travel and visit potential customers as required.
  • Effectively and accurately respond to RFQs/RFPs/Bids.
  • Coordinate with our R&D department for new product development and sample orders for machine trials.
  • Ensure price and sample approvals followed by receiving commercial orders.
  • Prepare and review sales contracts.
  • Identify key exhibitions related to packaging and identify potential companies to be approached.
  • Provide support to agents and representatives in the market for business development activities.

Key Account Management:

  • Order Processing and Management
Follow up with customers for purchase orders

  • Coordination with Customers
  • Establish and maintain productive business relationships by providing efficient and effective services.
Ensure smooth customer service by providing:
Weekly order status updates
Packing lists and other documents as required
Following all agreed SOPs
Identify client needs and provide appropriate products and solutions
Sharing new product developments and innovations

  • Providing post-production retained samples (if required)
  • Resolve problems and customer complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Ensure payments are received in the stipulated time frame
  • Training and Support
  • Provide training and mentoring to new/junior team members for effective account management.
