Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as a Director of Operations and Strategy. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our internal team and vendors, as well as developing and implementing strategic plans to drive growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operational aspects of our organization, including financial planning, accounting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Collaborate with our Executive Director to develop and implement strategic plans that align with our organization's mission and goals.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including volunteers, suppliers, and business partners.
  • Ensure the safe and efficient operation of all facilities in accordance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in nonprofit leadership, with a strong background in operations, marketing, finance, and compliance.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
