Key Responsibilities:

PRIMARY DUTIES:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing campaign and promotional strategies that align with organizational objectives.
  • Create and oversee promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, and pricing strategies to attract and retain clientele.
  • Manage the marketing promotional calendar, ensuring timely and coordinated execution of initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor pricing to formulate effective discount and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor and adjust promotional strategies based on performance metrics and market feedback.
  • Track and report on campaign performance to assess effectiveness and ROI, identifying areas for enhancement.
  • Prepare and present regular performance reports to stakeholders, emphasizing campaign outcomes and insights.
  • Conduct A/B testing to ascertain the most effective promotional offers, discounts, coupon codes, and pricing strategies.
  • Manage campaign budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation to maximize ROI, adjusting budgets as necessary.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, communication, sales, and purchasing, to ensure cohesive campaign alignment and execution.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES:
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending workshops, reviewing industry publications, establishing personal networks, and benchmarking state-of-the-art practices.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

REQUIRED:
  • 5 or more years of experience in marketing promotions, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in creating and managing coupon codes, promotions, and other pricing or incentive programs.
  • Experience in tracking and reporting on campaign performance and ROI.
PREFERRED:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Advertising, Communications, or equivalent field experience.
  • 7-10 years of experience in a related field.
  • Experience with A/B testing and other promotional optimization techniques.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing strategies.
