About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced In-House Lawyer to join our team at Alsco External. As a key member of our Legal Department, you will play a critical role in the development and implementation of our contract review and management program.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Review and Management: Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts, including customer, vendor, and other third-party contracts.
  • Contract Development: Develop and maintain standard contract templates and compliance policies, driving efficiencies in the contracting process.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Develop and oversee the day-to-day operations and administration of the company's contracting process and contract management system.
  • Data Privacy and Protection: Advise on data privacy and protection matters, including compliance with international regulations, US regulations, and state regulations.
  • Legal Research and Analysis: Conduct legal research and analysis to stay current on legal developments that may impact the company.
Requirements
  • Education: JD from an ABA accredited law school.
  • Experience: 4-10 years of experience practicing law in a recognized law firm and/or in-house position.
  • Skills: Familiarity with legal processes and procedures, strong negotiation skills, ability to collaborate as a member of a team, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks.
What We Offer
  • Competitive Salary: $140,000 to $170,000 DOE.
  • Bonus Eligibility: 15% target of base pay.
  • Benefits: Full medical, dental, vision, and other coverage for employee and dependents, 401(k), three weeks of vacation, and eight observed holidays.
