Job Title: Program Manager

Job Summary:

Roseland Ceasefire Project Inc is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the overall approach to violence prevention in the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement violence prevention strategies and programs
  • Manage a team of case managers, outreach workers, and communication specialists
  • Coordinate internal and external services for participants
  • Monitor case progress and provide support and resources as needed
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with community organizations and resources

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sociology or Criminal Justice preferred
  • At least 7 years of experience working with at-risk and street-involved individuals
  • Experience developing and implementing individualized plans for high-risk populations
  • Proven crisis intervention training or knowledge
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse individuals and groups
