The Financial Analyst II is tasked with a variety of accounting, customer service, and organizational responsibilities. This role involves working collaboratively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance the financial well-being of the organization. Please note that this is NOT a Medical Coding Position.
Specific Responsibilities
Duties are outlined based on the estimated % of time. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.
Review each carrier statement for any discrepancies or errors in payments, ensuring that plan participants are billed accurately at the Employee/Employer tier.
Conduct monthly verification and accuracy assessments on all assigned accounts. The ability to investigate and follow up is essential to ensure that corrections are identified and communicated to the relevant parties promptly.
Develop and implement strategic processes while evaluating methods that yield accurate results. In this capacity, you must possess the ability to independently resolve issues through critical thinking.
Utilize effective communication techniques to clearly articulate and explain analytical data to both internal and external business partners.
Adhere to Oasis/*** Standard Operating Procedures concerning timely payment and reconciliation processes. These procedures may evolve based on business requirements, so adaptability is crucial.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure that appropriate procedures and functions related to billing are executed and supported.

Education Level:
Associate's Degree
Academic Concentration/Major:
Accounting/Finance Preferred
Work Experience
Experience: 2 years of experience in - Advanced understanding of the reconciliation process
Skills and Abilities
Ability to analyze and interpret financial data - Strong Analytical and Excel Skills Advanced (Proficiency: Advanced)
Demonstrates problem-solving skills - Must apply critical thought (Proficiency: Advanced)
Strong verbal communication and listening skills - Must clearly explain issues and present resolutions (Proficiency: Advanced)
