Venteon is currently seeking an experienced Financial Analyst to fill an opening with a large multi-national manufacturing company that is based in Auburn Hills, Michigan


Requirements of the Financial Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year university in Accounting, Finance
  • 5+ years of relevant automotive accounting experience
  • Experience with report writing using database connections
  • Proficient technical knowledge of ERP systems
  • Data Analytics experience is preferred
  • Ideal person will have a solid understanding of the flow of accounting
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Manufacturing industry experience is required

Duties and Responsibilities of the Financial Analyst:

  • Invoicing and reconciliation of all OEM tooling and samples
  • Monthly reporting responsibilities including price accruals, tool amortization values, ship history, raw material, and open monies
  • Customer contract processing; track discrepancies
  • Provide support for business unit finance team
  • Job Management Administrator for all tooling, sample, launch, industrialization, capital and miscellaneous orders
  • Monthly Sales Forecast
  • Tooling Invoice Report / Schedule
  • Program Financial updates
  • Parts listing updates
  • Budget, Sales Coordination, & Strategic Plan forecasts
