Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate banking and accounting records
  • Implement and maintain computerized bookkeeping and accounting systems
  • Procure and manage office supplies and equipment
  • Provide training and consulting to agents and staff on financial and operational matters
  • Assist the Team Leader in managing agents and the Market Center
  • Supervise and manage office staff, including the Director of First Impressions, Receptionist, Assistant MCA, and Agent Success Manager
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting
  • Proven track record of implementing systems and procedures in an office atmosphere
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and perform well under pressure
  • Strong IT skills and experience with database management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Compensation:

$55,000 - $65,000 yearly + Bonus
