About the Role

The Social Services Advocate will play a critical role in supporting community members in need by providing information and referrals, as well as direct enrollment services for public health programs, emergency assistance programs, and housing resources.

The ideal candidate will have strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. A bachelor's degree is preferred, and bilingual or multilingual skills in languages such as Arabic, Urdu, Bangla/Bengali, Spanish, etc. are required.

This position requires a strong computer skills and proficiency with technology, including Microsoft Office products, CRM, and databases. The successful candidate must be able to maintain client confidentiality and work collaboratively with all layers of the organization.
