  • Manages a portfolio of payroll clients.
  • Communicates with clients to collect payroll information, including salary modifications, special payments, tax distributions, and employee deductions.
  • Reviews, prepares, and inputs payroll data through an automated system to ensure accurate and timely payroll delivery.
  • Stays informed about payroll processing systems and updates in wage and tax regulations.
  • Maintains organized client records.
  • Responds effectively to client inquiries by thoroughly researching and resolving issues.
  • Builds and sustains positive working relationships with clients, agencies, and colleagues to foster a quality service image.
