Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
  • Community CPR/AED certification to be obtained within 90 days of employment
Experience:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service, ideally within a fitness, hospitality, or related field
Primary Duties:
  • Accurately process cash transactions and manage gift certificates
  • Effectively utilize basic computer skills
  • Welcome members personally and provide necessary assistance
  • Handle phone inquiries and messages with professionalism
  • Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of facilities and equipment
  • Assist with membership applications and modifications
  • Exhibit strong multitasking capabilities
