Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement exercise programs to maintain functional levels in patients after rehabilitation services.
- Collaborate with our experienced team to provide exceptional patient care and support.
- Participate in ongoing clinical education and professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in exercise physiology.
- Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or Exercise Science; Master's Degree preferred.
- At least one year of experience working with older adult populations.
- Current CPR certification.
- Exceptional patient service skills and ability to demonstrate clinical excellence.
- Self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills.
