Job Overview:
Soho House & Co. is seeking a skilled Receiving Manager to join our team in the United States. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of experience in receiving and inventory management, with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high-quality service-oriented operation.

Salary Range: $21—$22 USD per hour

About the Role:
The Receiver handles and processes all food and beverage stock that is ordered for the house. This includes receiving, inspecting, and verifying shipments, as well as documenting and storing stock. A successful Receiver will maintain an efficient flow of goods, which involves coordinating with vendors and management to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory levels.

Main Duties:
  • Inspect and verify shipments to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Document and store stock in a clean and organized manner
  • Coordinate with vendors and management to ensure timely deliveries and accurate inventory levels
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for the storage of consumable items
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor/manager

Requirements:
  • 1+ years' relative experience with a proven track record of leading a professional, efficient, high-quality service-oriented operation.
  • Ability to read and write English, ability to read labels and following safety instructions.
  • Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
