Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join Genuine Property Services as a highly skilled Accounts Receivable Specialist. As part of our multifamily real estate property management team, you will be responsible for managing the accounts receivable process from start to finish.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to review and post receipts, process chargebacks, and prepare monthly posting reports and late fee reports.

We offer a competitive salary of $60,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance
  • Proficiency in Yardi Voyager software
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
