Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our team at Michael Page. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and tracking outstanding payments from customers, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing. You will also investigate and resolve account discrepancies by collaborating with sales, customer service, and clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Record customer payments by processing cash, checks, and credit card transactions.
  • Verify and enter transactions from lockbox and local deposits to record revenue.
  • Update and maintain the aging report for accounts receivable review.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable.
  • Knowledge of accounting principles, regulatory standards, and compliance.
  • Strong math skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and accounting software.
