Position Overview:

As the Center Operations Supervisor, you will be instrumental in overseeing the daily functions of our center. Your role will encompass managing client interactions, supporting our dedicated team, and ensuring seamless operations to deliver high-quality therapy services to our children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Duties

  • Facilitate outreach initiatives to cultivate relationships with referral sources and community partners.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to execute local marketing plans, including participation in community events and representing the center at networking functions.
  • Oversee and update client and staff schedules, managing substitutions, addressing absences, and making necessary adjustments to maintain adequate coverage.
  • Conduct daily inspections to ensure the center is well-maintained and organized.
  • Administer the center's budget, ensuring prudent financial management while providing exceptional services.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Team Support

  • Engage in staff recruitment, onboarding, and training to equip team members for success in their roles.
  • Organize team-building events to enhance staff morale and promote a positive workplace culture.
  • Provide continuous support and mentorship through regular check-ins with staff, addressing concerns and offering guidance.

Compliance and Quality Control

  • Stay informed about relevant regulations, laws, and accreditation standards applicable to autism therapy centers.
  • Ensure adherence to all necessary regulations while maintaining licenses and certifications.
  • Conduct regular audits to uphold our quality assurance standards.
  • Implement and uphold safety protocols to ensure a secure and healthy environment for clients and staff.

Communication and Collaboration

  • Promote effective communication and collaboration among the therapy team, families, and other stakeholders.
  • Lead team meetings alongside the Center Director to share essential updates and ensure alignment.
  • Work closely with the Center Director and other departments to synchronize operational strategies with the center's objectives.
  • Represent the center in internal and external meetings and community events, advocating for our services and fostering strong relationships.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, marketing, healthcare administration) is highly preferred.
  • A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience in an ABA therapy center or similar healthcare environment.
  • Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Applied Behavior Analysis principles and practices.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage resources, budgets, and operational processes effectively.
  • Capability to multitask, prioritize, and resolve issues in a dynamic environment.

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Hourly wage: $28-32/hour, based on experience.
  • Paid Time Off (Sick).
