POSITION SUMMARY

Conduct thorough patrols across the property; assist guests with access to their accommodations. Monitor surveillance systems, perimeter security alarms, emergency alarms, and fire safety systems. Secure property entrances as necessary. Perform daily inspections for physical hazards. Respond to incidents, contact emergency services, or provide first aid/CPR as needed. Support guests and employees during emergencies. Inform relevant personnel in the event of accidents, disturbances, or other incidents. Mediate conflicts involving guests or employees. Request external assistance when required. Document all security-related incidents through comprehensive reports. Address interruptions and complaints effectively. Resolve safety hazards promptly. Escort any unauthorized individuals from the premises without disrupting operations. Attend to scenes of vehicle incidents or thefts. Use proper codes to request assistance. Complete a daily activity report summarizing Loss Prevention activities. Maintain confidentiality regarding all security-related documents and information; disclose information only to authorized personnel. Conduct investigations and gather necessary evidence. Interview relevant parties as part of the investigation process.

Adhere to all company policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe conditions to management; complete required safety training and certifications; ensure a clean and professional appearance; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; safeguard company assets. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards; anticipate and address service needs; assist individuals with disabilities; express genuine appreciation to guests. Communicate clearly and professionally; prepare and review written documents accurately. Foster positive working relationships with colleagues; collaborate to achieve common objectives. Comply with quality assurance standards and expectations. Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods. Some states may have additional licensing or registration requirements for this position. Read and verify information in various formats (e.g., small print). Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery for defects. Utilize computers and/or point of sale systems to access work-related information. Respond promptly to work situations (e.g., run, walk, jog). Lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 50 pounds without assistance and heavier objects with assistance. Manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Navigate narrow, confined, or elevated spaces. Move over uneven or slippery surfaces, as well as stairs and service ramps. Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as assigned by supervisors.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience: No prior related experience required.

Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification: None required.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 to $20.00 per hour and includes health care benefits, flexible spending accounts, 401(k) plan, earned paid time off and/or sick leave, life insurance, disability coverage, and additional wellness benefits.
