Job Title: Tax Supervisor Leader

RES Consultant Group is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tax Supervisor Leader to join our team. As a key member of our tax department, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of tax professionals, ensuring the accurate and timely completion of tax returns and other financial documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and manage a team of tax professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tax returns and other financial documents.
  • Develop and implement effective tax strategies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their tax needs and provide expert advice and guidance.
  • Manage and review financial statements, reports, and analyses to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Conduct regular team meetings and provide feedback and coaching to team members.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in tax management and leadership roles.
  • CPA license and strong knowledge of tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
  • Proficient in tax software and technology, including QBO, QBD, and Ultra Tax.
