Key Qualifications:

  • Associate's Degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • Proficiency in programming and/or experience with Microsoft Access.
  • Excellent organizational, communication (both verbal and written), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues.
  • Familiarity with a wide range of computer applications is essential.
  • Knowledge of and experience with Windows server environments, as well as Windows XP, 7, and 10 Professional, and Exchange Server.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and configure computer programs, applications, systems, databases, and forms.
  • Provide maintenance, support, and troubleshooting for key software systems.
  • Oversee the maintenance, troubleshooting, and security of computer equipment and printers.
  • Monitor and uphold the security system, including the assignment of security keys.
  • Allocate necessary resources to staff, including email access, long-distance codes, and computer log-ons.
  • Ensure the configuration of all operating systems across the clinic is maintained.
  • Proactively identify and resolve potential issues and system failures across networks and web services.
  • Coordinate and supervise information systems technical operations and repairs.
