Position Overview:
A prominent title company is seeking a Lead Escrow Specialist to enhance their team.

The Escrow Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the resale division to foster business growth and attract clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a personal portfolio of clients and oversee the opening, balancing, and preparation of files for disbursement.
- Facilitate the closing of escrow files while coordinating with sellers, buyers, lenders, and real estate agents throughout the closing journey.

- Prepare essential documents, clear titles, and request payoff statements or other necessary documentation for transactions.

- Assess the requirements needed to finalize transactions and ensure all involved parties have duly signed and submitted the required closing documents.

Compensation:
This is a permanent role with a salary range of $80,000-$100,000 plus commission, commensurate with experience.

- Possession of a current Texas Escrow Officer License or the ability to obtain one.
- Proficient technical skills, including document preparation, real estate knowledge, computer proficiency, analytical thinking, mathematical skills, and a comprehensive understanding of state and federal regulations governing title operations.
