Enterprise Account Success Specialist

**Job Summary**
eero is looking for an Enterprise Account Success Specialist to join our Operations team. This role will work closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Manufacturing Operations teams to ensure partners onboard efficiently and deploy eero successfully to their customers.
About the Role
This is a full-time position that requires regular travel to partner on-sites. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of customer needs and objectives, as well as experience in resolving pain points and identifying revenue maximizing opportunities.
Main Responsibilities
- Steer eero to focus its partner-related efforts on work that will have the biggest positive impact for partners.
- Balance customer needs and competing business priorities.
- Look for opportunities for efficiency, automate repetitive work, and design scalable workflows.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional or military experience.
- Experience structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading cross-functional groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals.
- Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
- Has excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is between $150,000 - $220,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
