Overview

Responsibilities
  • Field incoming requests and schedule service visits to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
  • Coordinate with technicians to optimize routes and minimize drive time.
  • Use your exceptional listening skills to identify customer concerns and evaluate their needs.
  • Monitor and update customer databases with accurate information.
  • Reschedule unserviced accounts within 24 hours.
  • Participate in quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Work Environment

Safely access crawl spaces, attics, confined spaces, roof tops, etc.

Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) which sometimes requires an OSHA-compliant respirator.
