Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Specimen Processing Specialist to join our team at Mindlance. As a key member of our Specimen Processing Department, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure the efficient and accurate processing of specimens.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform data entry tasks with high accuracy and speed, meeting productivity standards.
  • Process and prepare specimens for laboratory testing, including centrifugation, aliquoting, and imaging.
  • Collaborate with laboratory staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of processed specimens.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and compliance protocols.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve issues and improve processes.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; medical background or laboratory experience preferred.
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of laboratory testing and specimen processing.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
