Job Summary

This position is responsible for scheduling and supervising in-home care workers and clients in a designated territory. The successful candidate will support the overall branch operation and the delivery of services to our disabled and elderly population.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creates work schedules by entering schedules into the system, manages changes to client schedules due to client request, illness, vacation or leaves of absence.
  • Provides alternate coverage to ensure the client's care plan is followed and client services are not interrupted.
  • Supports agency staff in delivering high-quality services to each client while ensuring services align with the client's care plan.
  • Performs in-home visits in accordance with state regulation, including new admissions and routine supervisory visits.
  • Assists in reportable event management and complies with internal and external departments.
  • Willingness to travel within territory; approximately 35%.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 6 months - 1 year of office experience.
  • 1 year of caregiving/personal care is desirable.
  • Must be willing to travel.
  • Interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Computer skills, ability to work in multiple systems.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
