Job Summary

The Care Coordinator - Residential Management role at Mountain Shadows Support Group involves overseeing the daily operations of 6-bed homes for individuals with intellectual disabilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating staffing schedules, managing food and supply orders, training and supervising care staff, and ensuring that all necessary services are provided to residents.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective staffing schedules to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of food and supply orders, including inventory management and budgeting
  • Train and supervise care staff to provide high-quality support to residents
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care planning and coordination
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of one year's experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities
  • One year's experience in a management or supervisory capacity (preferable)
  • Valid driver's license and at least three years' licensed driving experience
