Job Description:
As a Registered Nurse with Palomar Health, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality patient care and leading a team of healthcare professionals. Your responsibilities will include delivering coordinated nursing care to patients, managing day-to-day clinical activities, and supervising nursing personnel. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all patients receive safe and effective care, adhering to established policies and procedures, and maintaining accurate records and reports.

Requirements:
- Current CA RN License
- 1+ years of directly related RN experience in area of specialty
- American Heart Association recognized Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
- Strong knowledge of nursing practices and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Salary Range:
$85,000 - $110,000 per year
