Sales Executive Commercial Lending Specialist

Wealthy Recruiting is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive in Commercial Lending, you will be responsible for driving sales and closing leads for our business funding solutions.
Key Responsibilities:- Engage with potential clients from a robust pipeline of leads, converting them into satisfied customers.
- Conduct extensive calling campaigns to reach and follow up with prospects.
- Educate clients on our suite of financial products, including MCA loans, SBA financing, and asset-based lines of credit.
- Assess client needs and recommend appropriate funding solutions.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and loan processors, to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Maintain and update CRM systems with client interactions and sales activities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive offerings to effectively position our products.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in lending, underwriting, or financial services.
- Strong background in commercial banking or lending is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating initiative and effective problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with MCA loans, SBA financing, and asset-based lines of credit is a plus, but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of banking regulations and compliance standards.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred but not required.
Base salary of $60,000 - $70,000 annually. Performance-based bonuses and incentives can bring the total yearly compensation for the right person to well over $120,000.
