We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Behavior Analyst to lead and enhance our ABA program within a well-established, multi-disciplinary clinic.

This is a full-time role that allows for hybrid work from home + work setting at our state-of-the-art sensory clinic.

About the Role

As a Lead ABA Program Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive interventions for children and adolescents.

You will oversee clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery and foster a positive team culture and promote organizational morale.

The ideal candidate will have 3 years of experience in ABA and 1 year of supervisory experience with BT or RBTs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive ABA and parent training programs for children and adolescents
  • Oversee clinic operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery
  • Foster a positive team culture and promote organizational morale
  • Supervise and mentor the Autism Service Team, including setting performance expectations, developing supervision plans, and evaluating team performance
