Program Director

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Director to lead our BioCoRE program. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the program's operations, developing and implementing strategic plans, and fostering partnerships with key stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion, as well as experience in managing programs and teams. They will be able to work independently and collaboratively, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities- Lead programmatic efforts to support the growth and development of BioCoRE scholars
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance the program's impact and reach
- Foster partnerships with key stakeholders, including academic departments, faculty, and external organizations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (STEM discipline preferred)
- At least 4 years of related experience in program management and leadership
- Strong background in diversity, equity, and inclusion
Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year. Location: Durham, NC.
