Overview:

At Century Interactive, we have developed an innovative call tracking solution utilized by over 100,000 businesses, featuring technology that stands out in the market. Our marketing initiatives are crafted internally by a dedicated team of Marketing Specialists, Product Marketing Managers, and Graphic Designers. These campaigns aim to enhance brand visibility, share user success stories, generate leads for our sales division, engage existing users, and communicate new product features.

Our focus is on increasing revenue from our current clientele while also attracting and engaging new prospects through various channels such as trade shows, content marketing, demand generation, digital outreach, and email automation.

Role of the Marketing Intern:

As a marketing intern, you will support our marketing professionals across a variety of projects, including mail campaigns, lead organization and creation, event coordination, content development, email nurturing campaigns, and more. This role offers a unique opportunity to understand the operations of a high-performing marketing team and gain valuable hands-on experience. This paid internship allows for up to 20 hours of work per week, all conducted in our office environment. This internship is designed for the Fall 2024 semester, with the possibility of continuation into subsequent terms.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Residence in the DFW area with the ability to work in-office for up to 20 hours per week.
  • A proactive attitude and a strong sense of urgency.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and self-discipline.
  • The capability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • A knack for thriving in a dynamic environment.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
  • Familiarity with email automation tools, such as ActiveCampaign.
  • Pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in marketing, journalism, communications, business, or a related field.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop a foundational understanding of Century Interactive products and industry-specific personas.
  • Execute mail campaigns directed at external stakeholders.
  • Organize leads sourced from various channels, such as conferences and webinars, to facilitate opportunities for Sales Development Representatives.
  • Manage incoming content requests and nurture leads through ongoing email campaigns.
  • Contribute to the creation of regular written content, including blogs and newsletters.
  • Assist marketing team members with various projects and campaigns as assigned.
