Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in setting up and monitoring machine operations to ensure optimal performance.
  • Detect and report any malfunctions or issues with the machine.
  • Make adjustments to the machine as needed to maintain production standards.
  • Verify that finished products meet quality standards.
  • Record production information and maintain accurate records.
  • Oversee the crew working on the machine and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Perform other job duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • One year of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
  • Ability to lift 45 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed and adapt to changing priorities.
