Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mitigation Division Manager to join our team at Wylander Solutions. As a key member of our disaster restoration team, you will be responsible for overseeing the mitigation division and ensuring the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management: Lead and oversee the Mitigation Division, including project managers, coordinators, and field crews, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Team Development: Manage and build high-performing teams, including recruiting and making staffing decisions.
  • Financial Management: Review job profitability and analyze financial reports pertaining to the mitigation department.
  • Project Management: Support and train project managers to invoice and sufficiently document residential and commercial water, fire, and mold mitigation projects.
  • Client Relations: Establish and maintain strong client relationships, communicating effectively with insurance professionals and diverse customers.
  • Operational Excellence: Stay informed about emerging technologies and implement relevant solutions to improve operations.
  • Equipment Management: Manage company equipment tracking process.
  • Crew Management: Plan, organize, and manage mitigation crews.
  • Conflict Resolution: Handle escalated customer complaints and resolve conflicts.
Requirements
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in a management role, preferably in the restoration industry.
  • Skills: Xactimate experience, exceptional organizational and planning skills, strong communication and negotiation skills, self-motivation, responsibility, accountability, and adaptability.
  • Certifications: IICRC, WRT/ASD, and MRT, or other related industry certifications.
