Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  2. Collaborate with the Leadership Team to drive strategic decisions and policy development.
  3. Stay up-to-date with federal and state regulations, providing expert guidance to staff.
  4. Conduct regular audits to identify and address compliance risks.
  5. Investigate incidents related to coding, billing, and reimbursement.
  6. Develop and maintain policies and procedures related to compliance and HIPAA.
  7. Lead HRSA Site Visits and analyze findings to evaluate compliance.
  8. Establish a reporting system for employees to report concerns and ensure mechanisms for enforcing compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, with a master's preferred.
  • 3-5 years of experience in compliance or grants management.
  • Proven understanding of compliance, risk assessment, and mitigation.
  • Knowledge of federal and state grant regulations.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
