About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Patient Care Associate to join our team at Mount Sinai West's Nursing Department, specifically in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit. As an integral part of our clinical care team, you will be responsible for providing patient-focused care and support activities that promote a positive patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have three to nine months of healthcare experience and possess strong communication skills, with the ability to set priorities, problem-solve, and use proper judgment in difficult situations.

This is a part-time evening shift position, working from 3pm to 11:15pm, every other weekend. We offer a competitive salary, estimated at around $22 per hour, based on industry standards and taking into account the location and job requirements.
