Key Responsibilities
  • Provide total care for infants diagnosed with congenital defects, delivery complications, or prematurity.
  • Formulate nursing care plans and assess, plan, implement, and evaluate the effectiveness of treatments.
  • Administer medications and perform complex procedures to coordinate all aspects of patient care.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
  • Active state RN license and current certifications such as ACLS, CCRN, and STABLE.
  • Recent experience working in a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit.
Compensation

We offer competitive pay rates, ranging from $60 to $120 per hour, depending on experience and location. Our estimates suggest an average hourly rate of $90.
