Job Summary

As a Financial Management Technician with the U.S. Army, you will play a critical role in managing resources and financial operations as part of the Army's Finance and Comptroller Corps. You will use your expertise in math to provide financial advice and recommendations for units looking to purchase services and supplies for their missions. Your responsibilities will include overseeing military pay, auditing, accounting, banking operations, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage financial resources and operations for the Army's Finance and Comptroller Corps
  • Provide financial advice and recommendations for units

Requirements
  • Pass the ASVAB test with a score of 101 or higher on the Clerical (CL) portion
  • Complete 10 weeks of basic combat training and 9 weeks of Advanced Individual Training
