At BMO Financial Group, we're looking for a talented Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our branch and market team, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service to our customers and prospects.
Your primary responsibility will be to identify customer needs and provide advice and guidance on financial solutions that meet their individual needs. You'll work collaboratively with your colleagues to deliver the desired customer experience and achieve overall business objectives.
We're looking for someone who is passionate about helping our customers and has a drive to deliver a personal customer experience. If you're a resourceful self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and connections with customers, we'd love to hear from you
About the Salary">
The salary for this position is estimated at $45,900 - $73,700 per year, depending on factors such as location, skills, experience, education, and qualifications for the role.
About the Job Description">
This role involves taking a lead in proactively engaging with existing customers and prospects by providing needs-based assessments to grow loyalty and identify immediate/future opportunities. You'll also engage customers to complete needs assessments that identify financial solutions and preferred banking channels while recommending tailored solutions addressing both sales and service needs.
You'll offer clients advice and guidance on available digital and self-serve options with the goal of making banking easy, simple, and fast. Additionally, you'll support customer transactions needs based on customer traffic and address questions/resolve issues raised through consumer credit audits and quality checks.
About the Required Skills and Qualifications">
We're looking for someone with typically between 2-3 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in a related field of study. Registration to sell investment products completed - as appropriate for the jurisdiction - is also required. Appropriate lending qualifications and designations are a plus.
You should have working knowledge of personal and small business customer needs and solutions, as well as retail investments and lending products. Experience in financial services is an asset, and you should be confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
