Key Responsibilities- Provide Direct Patient Care: Implement counseling and therapy services for assigned patients in individual and group settings, conducting thorough assessments and interviews to determine the best course of treatment.
- Collaborate with Multidisciplinary Teams: Work closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve exceptional patient outcomes, participating in case reviews and care conferences to evaluate progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
- Precept and Train New Staff: Model proficiency and provide guidance to new team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge necessary to provide high-quality behavioral health care.
- Contribute to a Safe and Quality Environment: Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence within the organization.
- Master's Degree in a Relevant Field: Possess a Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure and Certification: Hold state licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT), or Licensed Addiction Counselor (ACD), or other licensure/certification approved by department leadership.
