Behavioral Health Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavioral Health Technician to join our team at Red Oak Recovery. As a key member of our integrative treatment team, you will play a vital role in providing compassionate clinical care to our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Implement therapeutic interventions, process groups, mindfulness sessions, and educational groups to support client growth and development.
- Collaborate with the treatment team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Provide a safe and supportive environment for clients to engage in outdoor activities, sports, and educational programs.
- Accompany clients on single-day adventure activities to promote socialization and skill-building.
- Ensure the physical and emotional safety of clients at all times.
Work Environment:
Our 94-acre working horse farm provides a unique and therapeutic environment for our clients. As a Recovery Guide, you will work onsite for 7.5 days, providing direct support to clients throughout the day and into the evenings. You will also have access to staff living quarters for leisure time and sleeping arrangements.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
