Clinical Specialist Crisis Stabilization/Mobile Response

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Specialist to join our team at Bay-Arenac Behavioral Health. As a Clinical Specialist, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention, short-term counseling, and case management services to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preadmission screenings to determine eligibility for program services
  • Provide crisis intervention and short-term counseling services
  • Facilitate individual's transition to aftercare services
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in social work, psychology, or counseling with current Michigan licensure
  • Minimum of two years of experience working in the mental health field with proven crisis intervention skills
  • Knowledge of substance use disorders with current CAADC credential preferred
  • Valid, unrestricted driver's license and reliable transportation for outreach work
