We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Mobile Associate, Store in Store. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth in our National Sales partner locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively engage with customers in a fast-paced retail environment, using digital tools and effective communication to educate and showcase the value of T-Mobile solutions.
  • Identify customer needs and use solution-based selling techniques to recommend wireless solutions and onboard customers.
  • Partner with nearby store locations to ensure seamless customer experiences and drive sales growth.
  • Continuously learn and improve skills to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED (Required)
  • 6 months of customer service and/or sales experience, Retail environment preferred.
  • Customer Satisfaction: Passionate customer advocate with the desire to build relationships and provide exceptional service.
  • Team Building: Desire to be part of a dynamic team and work collaboratively to achieve sales goals.
  • Retail Sales: Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
What We Offer

As a Mobile Associate, you will have the opportunity to grow your career with T-Mobile, with a competitive hourly base pay of $16.50 and the potential to earn up to $20/hour inclusive of base pay and incentives. You will also be eligible for an annualized incentive target of $18,000/year and a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, a flexible spending account, 401(k), and more.
