Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure that all food is prepared and served to the highest standards of quality and safety
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Monitor and maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the kitchen and dining areas
  • Implement and maintain effective systems for managing food safety and quality
  • Collaborate with other restaurant leaders to achieve business objectives and improve restaurant performance
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure that all staff are equipped to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a restaurant leadership role, preferably in a fast-casual or quick-service environment
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and quality principles and practices
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
