About the Role

We are seeking a Phone Support Specialist to join our team at Goldschmitt and Associates LLC. As a key member of our Call Center, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone and email.

Your primary duties will include responding to incoming calls and emails, resolving customer issues, and providing information on our services. You will also be required to maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports on your activities.

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per year

Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Maintain Command Center
    • Actively participate in training
    • Ensure phone is staffed properly each day
  2. Respond to incoming calls and emails
  3. Perform Real-time queue monitoring
Qualifications
  • Possess at least 6 months of related experience
  • Possess reliable high-speed internet
  • Possess the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance
